Quick and Easy Butter Chicken
The secret to butter chicken in 25 minutes? A can of condensed tomato soup serves as the base for a rich, creamy sauce.

Ingredients

1 lb(s) (675 g) skinless and boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces

3 Tbsp (45 mL) butter

1 Tbsp (15 mL) curry powder

tsp (2.5 mL) garlic powder

1 (10-oz/284 mL) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted

10 oz (284 mL) milk (measured in the soup can)

Pepper

Directions

1. In a large non-stick skillet over high heat, brown chicken thighs in butter with curry and garlic powder. Add tomato soup and milk.

2. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add pepper to taste. Serve with rice and naan bread.
