Try these hot and spicy chicken wings, they are so easy, you'll want to make them all the time.
Directions for: Chicken Wings
Ingredients
16 chicken, wings
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp plus 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, preferably Jamaican style
cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
tsp ground coriander
tsp paprika
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Remove wing tips from chicken wings and separate into drumsticks and wing ends. Combine the ginger, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, coriander, and paprika in a shallow baking dish. Add the chicken wings and turn to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Turn once half way through marinating time.
3. Line a baking sheet with foil. Oil a rack and place on top of foil lined baking sheet. Remove chicken wings from the marinade. Reserve the leftover marinade. Put the chicken wings on the rack and bake for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the wings over and brush them with some of the reserved marinade. Return the wings to the oven and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until they are cooked through. Toss the wings in 2 tablespoons hot sauce and serve.
