An excellent way to use up leftover chicken!

Directions for: Chicken Salad Wrap
Ingredients
2 cup cooked, cold, shredded or diced chicken
1 cup chopped red pepper, (about 1 pepper)
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
1 cup Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt
cup chopped red onion (soaked for 10 minutes in cold water)
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp quince preserves (you can use plum)
1 tsp cumin
1 head of romaine, chopped
8 tortilla wraps
salt and (lots) pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, mix Astro Original yogourt and all other ingredients except lettuce and wraps, together.
2. To serve, place 1/4 cup of chicken mixture down the center of 1 tortilla. Top with cup lettuce. Roll tortilla over itself to form a wrap. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
