Parmesan and Panko Crusted Chicken
Oven-baked chicken with a crispy crumb coating and ranch dressing flavour is the perfect go-to recipe for weeknight meals.

Ingredients

1 cup panko bread crumbs

cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

cup Rene's Classic Ranch Dressing

tsp black pepper

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375F.

2. Combine bread crumbs, cheese and parsley in shallow dish. Mix dressing and pepper in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in dressing mixture, then in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient.

3. Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 2 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Place skillet in oven.

4. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165F).
