
This wild buttercream milkshake is made with fried chicken and candied bacon, served up with Belgian waffles, chocolate sauce and whipped cream.

Ingredients
Buttercream Shake6 cups vanilla ice cream
4 Tbsp heavy cream
4 Tbsp milk
6 Tbsp bacon drippings
Fried Chicken1 cup flour
1 pinch each salt and pepper
1 Tbsp cornstarch
3 eggs
cup milk
4 chicken drumsticks with skin on
Oil, for frying
Candied Bacon4 pieces bacon, cooked
1 Tbsp honey
4 tsp brown sugar
Cayenne pepper
Assembly2 store-bought Belgian waffles
Chocolate sauce
Whipped cream
Directions
Buttercream Shake1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Fried Chicken1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Preheat oil to 425F (220C).
2. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. In a separate bowl beat together the eggs and milk.
3. Dredge the chicken drumsticks in the flour, then submerge into the egg and milk mixture. Repeat twice for each drumstick.
4. Deep-fry the drumsticks until golden brown, about 5 to 8 minutes. Bake in oven until the drumsticks reach an internal temperature of 180F (83C).
Candied Bacon1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Place slices of cooked bacon on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle one side with honey, followed by brown sugar and cayenne, turn over and repeat process.
4. Cook until the brown sugar has melted and begun to crisp up. Carefully remove from pan and transfer to a plate or cooling rack.
Assembly1. Slice the waffles into strips. Drizzle the inside of the glasses with chocolate sauce. Pour the buttercream milkshake into large mason jars and top off with whipped cream, waffle strips, candied bacon, and a chicken drumstick. Serve with a long spoon and a straw.
