
This saucy spiced chicken is full of flavour with a creamy yogurt sauce to help keep it smooth. Courtesy of Meru Skider.
Directions for: Chicken Tikka
Ingredients
10 lb(s) boneless skinless chicken breast or dark meat, cut in to inch cubes
tsp salt
1 tsp toasted cumin seeds
1 tsp toasted coriander seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp corn starch
tsp ground cloves
tsp ground celery seeds
cup fresh ginger, garlic and onion paste
2 tsp red food coloring
2 cup plain yogurt
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together to marinate the chicken. Keep for 1 hour until all the spices have been soaked in.
2. Cook in pan sear flat grill at 360 degrees for 15 minutes per side until the meat turns blackish-brown.
3. Serve with a creamy yogurt sauce and fresh cilantro.
