
Try something new with chicken, add yogurt, spices and papaya for a delicious change.
Directions for: Papaya Chicken
Ingredients
3 Tbsp grape seed oil
3 Tbsp chopped garlic
3 Tbsp chopped ginger
1 chopped onion
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 Tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
pinch of salt and pepper
2 lb(s) skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
cup yogurt
1 cup papaya chunks
Directions
1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. When it's hot, add garlic, ginger and onion and saute until onion is softened, about 4 minutes. Add the spices and toast for 10 seconds and then add the chicken and turn the heat to med, cook until it is nearly done, about 8 minutes. Add yogurt and finish cooking chicken, about 2 more minutes and then stir in the papaya chunks.
