Directions for: Greek Feta & Dilly Chicken Burger
Ingredients
1 lb(s) ground chicken
2 Tbsp fresh basil
3 Tbsp fresh dill
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 clove garlc
cup sunflower seeds
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 pinch sea salt and pepper
Directions
1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Place fresh herbs, garlic, sunflower seeds, and extra virgin olive oil in a food processor and blend until it becomes a pesto.
3. In a bowl add the ground chicken, pesto, feta and shape into patties. Season the patties with sea salt and pepper.
4. Place patties on an oiled grill. Flip once and cook until internal temperature is 165F.
