Directions for: Cilantro and Coriander Chicken
Ingredients
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp coriander seeds
1 Tbsp garam masala
1 pinch salt and pepper
2 Tbsp tomato paste
4 chicken legs
1 cup cilantro, chopped
cup crushed tomatoes
3 cup chicken broth
Directions
1. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add oil. When it is hot, add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add all the spices and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in tomato paste and then add the chicken legs. Season with salt and let them cook for 5 minutes. Add cilantro, crushed tomatoes and chicken broth and let it simmer until chicken is fully cooked, about 30 minutes. Serve with plenty of sauce.
