These wings are HOT, made with ghost peppers and Scotch Bonnet peppers for an incredible sweet and fiery heat. Not recommended for amateurs!
Directions for: Five Alarm Wings
Ingredients
Hot Sauce8 Scotch Bonnet peppers, chopped
2 Thai chili, chopped
3 ghost peppers, seeds removed, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
cup lime juice, fresh
cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp molasses
tsp turmeric
1 jalapeno, thin slices
1 pinch salt
Wings2 lb(s) chicken wings
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
3 sprigs chives, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
1 stalk celery, cut into sticks
Directions
Hot Sauce1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. (Consider wearing eye protection and gloves its going to be spicy!)
Wings1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
2. In a bowl mix hot sauce and 2 pounds of wings together. When they are properly coated place onto a baking tray and place in oven 25-30 minutes.
3. In a small bowl mix together sour cream, lemon juice, and chives. Place on a plate wings, dipping sauce and celery and carrot sticks.
