Directions for: VH Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
1 cup (250 mL) VH Tandoori Sauce
cup (125 mL) plain yogurt (optional)
Directions
1. Combine chicken, yogurt and VH Tandoori Sauce in a bowl; stir to coat chicken.
2. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight. Remove chicken from bowl and discard marinade.
3. Bake in pre-heated 450F (230C) oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked, basting twice.
4. Serve with fresh green salad, naan bread, rice and extra VH Tandoori Sauce on the side for dipping.
