Ingredients
8 chicken legs or 4 rabbit hind legs
8 sprig fresh rosemary
cup honey
16 sheets aluminum foil
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the gas grill, setting the burners to high, or prepare a wood fire, letting it burn down to a bed of coals.
2. Place a chicken leg and rosemary sprig in the middle of each sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle each leg with 15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey. Season with salt and pepper. Lift the edges of the sheets and crimp them together to form a tightly sealed packet. Wrap each packet in a second sheet of foil.
