Shirley Maes Fried Chicken
Golden brown and crunchy on the outside, moist and flavorsome on theinside, this fried chicken is sure to change your world!


Directions for: Shirley Maes Fried Chicken

Ingredients

3 lb(s) chicken wings, skinless

3 cups self-rising flour

1 tsp salt

tsp black pepper

Grease for frying

1 in of grease

Directions

1. Wash chicken wings in cold water.

2. In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour with salt and black pepper and mix thoroughly. Place chicken wings in flour mixture & lightly coat each wing with flour mixture.

3. Heat 1 inch (2.5 cm) of grease in cast-iron skillet on high. Drop coated chicken wings into hot grease and fry for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove chicken from grease and drain.
