Directions for: Avocado Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients
2 pieces whole grain or gluten-free bread OR 1 whole grain or gluten-free wrap
chicken breast, cooked and shredded
avocado
2 slices tomato
cup kale or other mixed greens, shredded
2 Tbsp pesto
Directions
1. Spread the pesto on the bread or around the wrap.
2. Slice the avocado and lay it down, layer the tomatoes, chicken and kale on top. Close it up and enjoy!
