
Directions for: Kraft Chicken and Cranberry Boats
Ingredients
1 cup chopped, cooked chicken
2 chopped green onions
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp grated orange zest
cup MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
15 Belgian endive leaves
cup cranberry sauce
Directions
1. MIX chicken with onions, orange rind, fresh ginger and salad dressing. (This mixture can be made the day before, cover and refrigerate until needed.)
2. SPOON about 1 Tbsp chicken mixture onto Belgian endive leaves.
3. TOP each with 1 tsp whole berry cranberry sauce.
