Muy caliente! These fiery nachos are topped with chicken breast, hot sauce, diced pineapple and a Monterey Jack/Cheddar cheese blend.
Directions for: Tuk Tuk Nachos
Ingredients
1 bag spicy tortilla chips
1 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
1 cup hot sauce
cup pineapple, seared and diced
1 cup Monterey Jack/Cheddar cheese blend
1 green onion, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
2. Toss the chicken in cup of the hot sauce. Assemble nachos with the chicken, pineapple, and cheese. Bake until cheese has melted, about 10-15 minutes. To finish, drizzle with hot sauce and top with green onion.
